    Chuck has been providing financial advice and wealth management services to his clients for over 30 years. Prior to co-founding StrongBox Wealth, Chuck served as Managing Director-Investments for Cooper Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Committed to delivering big picture client solutions through active listening, clear-to-understand advice, and sophisticated portfolio management, Chuck cultivates true long-term partnerships with his clients. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.

    Chuck graduated in 1992 from University of Missouri-Columbia with a B.S. in Business. He serves his community by supporting the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation as a member of its Regional Advisory Council and Chair of its Donor Engagement Committee. Chuck also serves on Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneurship Committee. Chuck lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with his wife and three children. He enjoys lake time and being on the water with family and friends.

(CFP Board) owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® (with plaque design), and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it authorizes use of by individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.

    Jon Garlow, CPWA®, AIF®

    As a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional, Jon has been delivering prudent financial advice to affluent families, business owners, non-profit organizations, and institutions since 2010.  As a Founding Partner and Wealth Advisor for StrongBox Wealth, Jon is dedicated to a true understanding of a client’s driving desires and rooted concerns and embraces a holistic approach to asset management and client centered, tax smart, risk first financial advice.

    With a passion for regional small business success and early childhood education, Jon served 7 years on the Board of Directors for the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce, serving as the Board Chair in 2019, and three years with the Lee’s Summit Educational Foundation’s Advisory Board.  He received his B.S. and M.A. from the University of Missouri–Columbia in ’03 and ’06 and lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with his wife Kelly and three energetic children, Olivia, Reese, and Brockton.

    Investments & Wealth Institute™ (The Institute) is the owner of the certification marks “CPWA,” and “Certified Private Wealth Advisor.” Use of CPWA and/or Certified Private Wealth Advisor signifies that the user has successfully completed The Institute’s initial and ongoing credentialing requirements for wealth advisors.

    Andrew Beil, CFP®, CEPA®

    Andrew joined StrongBox Wealth as a Wealth Advisor in May 2021. As a leader in delivering the StrongBox Wealth experience for existing and new client relationships, Andrew has a passion for partnering with business owners, executives, and rising young professionals in developing sophisticated solutions to complex financial problems. He guides clients through a discovery process to develop and maintain their financial goals and objectives through advanced retirement, tax, charitable, and cashflow planning. He also specializes in the development of efficient corporate retirement plans.

    Prior to joining StrongBox Wealth, Andrew gained specialized experience serving as Prime Capital Investment Advisors’ Director of Financial Planning where he delivered the firm’s financial planning strategies to its clients. He started his career in financial services with American Century Investments in 2014 gaining experience in high-net-worth client development, wealth management, and corporate retirement plans.

    Andrew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Missouri – Columbia.  He is accredited as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and Certified Exit Planning Advisor®. Andrew lives in Overland Park, KS where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf, barbecuing, and watching his Tigers, Chiefs and Royals.

    Brenden Ellis is a Wealth Advisor at StrongBox Wealth, where he provides highly personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses. He delivers a white-glove, concierge-style advisory experience, helping clients navigate complex financial decisions and build strategies around retirement planning, tax efficiency, investment management, and multigenerational wealth preservation.

    A native of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Brenden began his career in 2021 with Commerce Bank’s commercial lending training program. He quickly advanced to become a Healthcare Relationship Manager in Kansas City, where he specialized in working with local physicians and physician practices. His expertise in physician equity notes, practice financing, and equipment and real estate lending gave him a unique perspective on the financial needs of medical professionals—ultimately inspiring his transition into private wealth advising.

    Brenden earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Saint Luke’s East Hospital and lives in Prairie Village, Kansas with his fiancée, Nicole, and their dog, Theo. Outside the office, Brenden enjoys racing triathlons, traveling the world, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Iowa State Cyclones.

     

    Kathy Postoak

    An integral part of the team for nearly 25 years, Kathy is a registered client associate who specializes and shines in client account administration and operation. Her dedication to fulfilling client service needs, executing the task at hand, and somehow knowing the answer to seemingly every operational protocol question is exemplary. She was recognized at her prior firm for consistently displaying professionalism, integrity and core leadership values with the Premier Client Associate distinction for nine straight years (2010–2019) and the Elite Client Associate in back-to-back opportunities (2016 and 2018). When not displaying her cheerful smile and servant heart at the office, Kathy can often be found in the stands with her husband cheering on their son in competitive youth baseball and basketball.

    lindsay lewis

    Lindsay Lewis joined StrongBox Wealth as a Senior Client Associate in September 2025. She has an array of experience within the financial services industry with exposure to accounting, private equity, trust and estate administration, and wealth management. Lindsay enjoys the operational side of the business and is primarily responsible for providing support to the advisors as it relates to new client onboarding and ongoing account administration. She also takes great pride in nurturing client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

    Lindsay earned her Masters in Accountancy from The University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003. Upon graduating, she moved to the East Coast where she spent a combined ten years in Boston and New York City. Eventually, she was brought back to her Midwest roots and settled in Kansas City in 2012. Outside of the office she is a mom to three kids, Barrett, Genevieve, and Canon, who occupy most of her time! She also enjoys pursuing other passions including fitness and wellness, small home decorating projects, and spending time with family and friends.

    Brooke is an individual who enjoys driving loyalty, engagement and building relationships. She has spent most of her career in the banking industry as a Financial Center Manager and joined StrongBox Wealth in 2024 as a Client Experience Specialist. After years of client-facing roles, she is focused on cultivating client relationships and has a passion for delivering the best experience at every touch point of the client journey. Her experience complements the firm’s strategic initiatives of multi-generational client engagement and delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new clients. She represents the firm as a brand ambassador and plays an active role in StrongBox Wealth’s community service initiatives.

    Brooke graduated in 2001 from The University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.S. in Business. During her time at Mizzou, she was an integral part of the revitalization of Alpha Phi, leading the way for future generations. She lives in Lee’s Summit with her husband Nic and two children and enjoys being involved in the community. As a graduate of Leadership Lee’s Summit, she continues to enjoy being involved in the Chamber and volunteering at her children’s schools. Outside of the office she enjoys cheering on her children at their activities, lake time, Mizzou football games, golf, travel and spending time with family and friends.
